What this website collects

This website uses no cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or third-party scripts or fonts. Your acknowledgement of the disclaimer is held only in your browser's session storage and is deleted when you close the tab.

Contact form

The form does not send data to any server. It opens your own email application with a pre-filled message. If you choose to send it, your name, phone number (optional) and message are received by the advocate by email, and used only to respond to you. Consent is sought through the checkbox on the form, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Retention and your rights

Enquiry emails are retained only as long as needed to respond and to meet professional obligations. You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to [CONTACT EMAIL]. Grievances may be addressed to the same contact; you may also approach the Data Protection Board of India as provided by law.

Hosting

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may keep technical server logs under GitHub's own privacy statement.
